Ashley is an accomplished marketing leader with a strong background driving consumer start-ups through periods of dynamic growth and innovation.

She most recently co-founded the family communication app Kinsome, and previously led marketing teams at Boston-based brands like Purple Carrot, Openbay, and Goji.

Sam Cohen

Sam is a product strategist and designer with a passion for creating magical user experiences by bridging the gap between aesthetic appeal and functional utility.

He graduated from NYU’s Stern School of Business and previously worked as a financial analyst at Oberon Securities and Crestline Investors.

Mike English

DESIGN/PRODUCT

Mike is a product manager and designer focused on product strategy and creating intuitive user experiences.

He has worked at scaling startups from different stages including various product roles for Zelta, Techstars, and StrongArm Tech.

Ahmed Faraz

ARCHITECT

Ahmed is a software architect with comprehensive full-stack development expertise.

At BVS, he is responsible for architecting clean, resilient, scalable solutions, advising on research and implementation of complex technical issues, and building quick MVPs.

Kate Tyshchenko

ENTREPRENEUR

Kate is a problem solver and data enthusiast with extensive experience working across the entire product pipeline. She leads the PartyClick product.

Kate earned an MS in Engineering and Management from MIT, where she started Moshion, a healthcare device startup. She also serves as a board member for Cash for Refugees, an organization dedicated to assisting displaced Ukrainian families.

Swagata Chakrabarti

ENTREPRENEUR

Swagata has held senior executive positions within both early stage software startups and large companies (Google, Philips). What excites her most about entrepreneurship is its potential to transform society in bold and unexpected ways.

She has a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

John Bullock

John was a co-founder and Managing Partner of Windspeed Ventures, where he was the main interface and board member for numerous start-up investments. His other responsibilities included managing multiple portfolios.

Before this, he was an early (pre-revenue) Wellfleet Communications/Bay Networks member and a senior development engineer at Motorola Corp.
